1. SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

Any items purchased through promotion, discount, or sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is necessary for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Use of the website Constitutes your agreement to follow our terms & conditions.

The Pineapple Everything is a registered trademark. Use of the name and logo, photos, graphics, and images without the prior written consent from The Pineapple Everything is strictly prohibited.

3. ORDERS

All items on the Web-shop are in stock.

However orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic & International.

As stated once your ordered is processed we cannot do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

All sales are considered final. If a customer makes an error on their order, we are unable to alter the order after it has been processed due to high demand and limited stock of each item.

All swimwear order is considered as intimate wear and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item was faulty. 

In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

4. PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL.

Payment of duty & tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
